What’s in Sammy’s Milk: Ingredients

Sammy’s Milk uses 6 simple, beneficial and essential ingredients. The combination of these ingredients, plus 23 vitamins and minerals, is just one of the many reasons that pediatricians recommend Sammy’s Milk for your toddler.

Goat Milk

Goat milk is the primary ingredient in Sammy’s Milk. The benefits are extensive for your body. Our goat milk is hormone-free, pasteurized, antibiotic-free and comes from free-ranging goats. To read more about the benefits of goat milk, read our article here.

Fish Oil

Fish oil is a vital addition to your child’s diet. Because it contains high levels of DHA, fish oil aids in the cognitive, motor and visual development of your child. Fish oil is also a rich source of Vitamin A, Vitamin D and omega-3 fatty acids. Unlike other brands, Sammy’s Milk quantifies the amount of DHA or the DHA to EPA ratio in each serving. In one 4-ounce serving of Sammy’s Milk, there are 56 milligrams of EPA and 39 milligrams of DHA. All fish oil used in our products is tested for contaminants and heavy metals, including mercury.

Molasses

Molasses is a thick syrup produced when the sugar cane plant is processed to make refined sugar for mass consumption. It contains all the minerals and nutrients absorbed by the plant, making molasses highly nutritious. As a result, molasses has laxative qualities, and is rich in iron, calcium, and magnesium. Sammy’s Milk uses non-GMO molasses as a source of carbohydrate to offset the milk protein.

High-Oleic Safflower Oil

High-Oleic safflower oil is a naturally-occurring, non-GMO liquid vegetable oil that is emulsified with non-GMO sunflower lecithin. It is an alternative to saturated or hydrogenated oils, and is an allergen-free alternative to soy lecithin found in most other products.

GOS & Inulin-FOS Probiotics

Both ingredients create a healthy environment for beneficial and essential intestinal flora to flourish in the digestive tract, benefiting your child.
